Registration Fees
To ensure flexible conference pricing, participation offers for ICVS 2007 have been modularized into four basic packages: Full Conference, Workshops Only, Conference Dinner and Proceedings.
Reduced fees are offered for IAPR members and master / bachelor students. Also, early registrants will be given a discount. There are three periods with different pricing for the Full Conference package. Early Registration until February 5th, 2007, Advance Registration until March 5th, 2007, and Normal Registration after March 5th.
ICVS 2007's conference dinner will be held at the Ravensberger Spinnerei, a former flax spinnery, which features a very nice setting. In the course of this event the conference's best paper will be awarded. Thanks to ICVS 2007's sponsors the participation fee could be kept at a moderate price. For additional information about the dinner and the Ravensberger Spinnerei please have a look at the evening programme.
In the following all included services are listed for each package
Full Conference
- participation in main conference event
- participation in any number of workshops
- ticket for public transportation in Bielefeld city
- one CD-ROM copy of the conference proceedings

Workshops Only

- ticket for the conference dinner for one person

Registration Process
Please use the 
online conference management system to register for ICVS 2007.
When registering until February 5th, 2007, you will be charged a reduced fee. An intermediate time discount will be given when registering until March 5th, 2007.
Payments are accepted by Paypal's credit card service (Visa and Mastercard) or by bank transfer.

Authors of Accepted Papers
In order to ensure a dynamic conference event and lively discussion and exchange, participation is mandatory for authors of accepted papers. In case of absence the conference organizers reserve the right to take into account further measures.
